Just spent 45 minutes waiting to speak to a scheduler. After so long, I finally hung up and called back. At that point, I was told they are all in a meeting, so no one was going to answer the phone. If you pride yourself on customer service, perhaps you shouldn't transfer someone two, three, four times and still not bother telling them no one is going to answer. Makes me weary to even schedule something now.
