Just spent 45 minutes waiting to speak to a scheduler. After so long, I finally hung up and called back. At that point, I was told they are all in a meeting, so no one was going to answer the phone. If you pride yourself on customer service, perhaps you shouldn't transfer someone two, three, four times and still not bother telling them no one is going to answer. Absolutely phenomenal job and company. I have never been more pleased with a roofing company in my life. Tyler first came out and was spot on with everything. He was very knowledgeable in even the little details. They came out to do the job and it is impeccable. They went through our flower garden with a fine tooth comb to be sure that everything was picked up and cleaned out. Couldn't be more pleased! Will definitely use Mr Roof again and refer others as well.
