I chose them because they seem to have a reputable name and offered a competitive estimate. I will say that the customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. So far everything is good, customer service is great. The representative Mr. Forest was very helpful. I have the tentative install date, we'll see how everything goes after the work is completed. (Updated review June 2021) after install, was very happy with the work. I was surprised they were able to get it done in one day. Cleaned everything up and it was like nobody was there. The roof looks great and the price was negotiable. Everything was great up until they left a satelite hanging from my roof. I called my project manager and was super cool about it and told him it was fine if he came the next day... then he didn't show. I called him that evening and he didn't answer or return my call. The next day I called the office and they had him call me. He finally took it down the next day and left an apology note and a gift card.
