We had our roof done last year. They did a great job. But when it was time to clean up, they left a whole lot of nails behind. We had two incidents with punctured tires. They came twice because I called and complained. I am still finding nails coming down from my gutter drains.i have a whole sandwich size baggie full of them I've been collecting since last year! They should do a whole lot better with cleaning up !!!
I am leaving 5 star review for many reasons: From the customer care (In-house Staff) from the initial phone call, the down to earth sales person that came to my home the contractor and a Super Project Manager. The Sales Person that had a no pressure sale approach while he took care of the phone to the insurance company, meeting with them at the job sight and the follow-up to keep me at ease and yes he showed up early for each appointment (Ryan Great Job).
