Great windows and work installing them! But customer service with calls seemed lacking and far between, promised times of work was late. But end product was great. But installer said one lock was broke at time of install its been a week and no one has called to say when it would be replaced. We tried to give installer final payment and he said I don't take money, and that's fine but no one else has called for money or about the replacement lock repair. Shingles come in two types: disposable and durable. Most contractors offer only disposable shingles that lose their stone after a few years and start to crack. For extra money Mr. Roof will sell you a rubberized shingle (SBS polymer that they call "Thunderguard") that will hold on to its stone for decades, which means it will look good for decades. We scheduled an appointment with them, and they didn’t come or call. When we tried to contact them about the appointment, we got an automated response about scheduling an appointment and no response at all via email.
