If I had not been here to see it I would not have believed it. They sent 10 roofers to my home at 8:00 a.m. and they had my old one torn off, disposed of, and a new one installed by 3:00 the same day. They kept my yard clean and the crew was very nice to my wife. Really a good experience.
I was most satisfied with how it was all done in one day. One of the reasons I chose the company is because I have such a big roof that I didn't want it exposed for too long. The other area that I was satisfied was that the shingles that they used. They have rubber that protect it from the snow. The last area was that they put new metal flashing around the chimney which was good because it had been twenty years. Those are the areas that got me going.
My neighbor referred me. I also called expecting their prices to be higher. In reality their price was way better than the small guy.
After it was done the estimator came to my home and we discussed the price difference between him and the small guy. He explained that the biggest part of the job is material and that their buying power brings the price down. Makes sense, it was installed in one day without a hassle.
So, I contracted these folks because a neighbor had a good experience with them, and they had a lot of good internet reviews. I had some roof/chimney damage that I knew had to be addressed.
The estimator seemed at the time to be really knowledgeable. The estimate that he gave me was low compared to the amount that I thought it would cost. I put down a deposit for half the cost of the repair (50% = $784).
