I agree with Dougs response my grandma had just gotten her roof installed in December by Mr. Roofer with a ten year warranty. Six days later after they installed the new roof it started to leak. Now they are giving here the go around saying its because of ice build up or it rained a lot in the past months. Its all bs. It was a bad installation process. Had a roof leak caused by Kitchen Kraft workmanship error with flashing. Able responded with solution and nearly $1000 repair cost. Had to follow up for work date and then the residual roofing nails on paver patio areas under work zone. 4 found with little effort and with this posting no one from Able visited site with magnets to retrieve dropped nails.
