This company has a glitzy presentation and may be overemphasizing their materials and pitch on how their product is the only one that works. I also thought their price was fair and when I was told I could do a 6 year financing with 0 percent interest I thought I was all in. This financing is done by Wells Fargo (beware!), and they denied me with no explanation. I was told it had nothing to do with my credit score (I have an exceptional rating), but was a clerical issue.
