I would like to thank Melony, James, Houston, and any other Mr. Roof employee who worked to resolve my roof vent damage issue. It took persistence on my part, but I appreciate that they stood behind what I was told when the roof was installed in 2019 and their prior manager's (Zach) word in 2025 by replacing the plastic vents with metal vents at no cost to me. I really appreciate their integrity!
