My wife and I did not end up using Mr. Roof for our roofing project but we had gotten such great service from Jon Winterer that I thought he deserved a five star review. I cannot speak for this company as a whole but Jon was patient and very helpful and informative. If we had not gone the route we did we absolutely would have went with Mr. Roof just because of the service we received from Jon.
100% satisfied. Workers were very professional and pleasant. Very thorough with the cleanup when done. Price was very comparable to other companies, and the time span from estimate to completion within a week...
They completed the contracted work but would not recommend for the following reasons:
1) They left a mess. I had to go in the back yard and clean up after them
2) DISCUSS AND READ THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY! I had them replace gutter boards on my home and they never even mentioned that they wouldn't paint the wood until they were already doing the work.
