Our new roof looks great! Our sales representative Matthew Young was extremely knowledgeable about a variety of roofing products. Detailed explanations of options, and spot on with other companies comparison quotes (I got other quotes prior). The installation team was friendly and hard working. Mr Roof did a great job at helping my mother get her roof replaced by insurance after a springtime hail storm. Dave Baerwalde came out and looked at the roof and then explained all the steps we needed to do to get the insurance involved with replacing the roof. The day of the install, Mr Roof sent a large crew of installers to handle the replacement of the roof on both my mother's house and a large out barn and as we were told, they completed the job in 1 day. Had my whole roof done in 2016. Had a 5 year warranty as soon as that expired roof leak started. Upon inspection of my roof flashing by bathroom vent done wrong. Nails not properly installed. Let this be a warning to future customers. I'll be going with another company. God blesd
