The job was completed as scheduled. From materials delivery to tear off and installation it went smoothly. Salador kept us current on progress. The premises were left clean with the exception of some nails. Sam followed up by going over the area with a magnet.Sam is scheduled to return and provide us with requested photos of the gutters

We detected a 10" water spot on one upstairs bedroom ceiling. Our roof was installed in 2012 with a lifetime warranty. The leak came from a pipe boot. A roof tuneup was performed and all pipe boots were replaced. The leaking appears to have stopped. Mr. Roof provides great service and a great priduct.
