We got 3 bids for the work and Mr. Roof ended up being the most competitive and was willing to handle our HOA process as well, so they won our project. I was hesitant with the requirement for 50% down payment before starting the project, but after seeing the other quotes this seems to be a standard for our area so I felt better.
