I've had a reoccurring leak in my bedroom. I was hoping Mr. Roof would be a company that could actually fix it this time, but I guess I was wrong. I also want to preface this by mentioning when the roof was initially examined by them, they told me my whole roof needed replacing (which would be way more expensive of course). I got my siding replaced. The house is a late 70s brick/wood siding split and the wood was rotting and trim separating from the nail (it had a good run). Overall Im happy with each step of the process.. Each person over each step was responsive and communicated well. Since I’m out of state renting out the house, they sent so many pictures of each step and areas of damage. Additional materials purchased came with pictures.
