I've had a reoccurring leak in my bedroom. I was hoping Mr. Roof would be a company that could actually fix it this time, but I guess I was wrong. I also want to preface this by mentioning when the roof was initially examined by them, they told me my whole roof needed replacing (which would be way more expensive of course). I got my siding replaced. The house is a late 70s brick/wood siding split and the wood was rotting and trim separating from the nail (it had a good run). Overall Im happy with each step of the process.. Each person over each step was responsive and communicated well. Since I’m out of state renting out the house, they sent so many pictures of each step and areas of damage. Additional materials purchased came with pictures. I was looking to get a new roof on my house. The salesman I dealt with was Jeff camp. Firstly he showed up 20 minutes late saying something about his car battery. He said he would do his inspection and he takes a while to do it. Everytime we peek out window it looks like he’s arguing on his phone with someone. Worst of all my neighbor caught him using the bathroom on the side of my house!! The sales pitch was good but all of this behavior made me decline to use this company and call somewhere el...
