No complaints with the inspection: I had Eric inspect my roof for repairs and my gutters for replacement and he was very helpful in answering all my questions and thorough without being obtrusive. Nick called ahead to confirm our 2pm appt to inspect our 30 yr old condo attic insulation. He also told me he was available to come early if we were going to be around. He explained and showed me what the current guidelines were for attic insulation, then did a thorough inspection of the attic. He explained what he found, and concluded that he felt that we had plenty of insulation, which we greatly appreciated. Nick was very professional and answered all my questions. Lee 8/27/24
