Nick called ahead to confirm our 2pm appt to inspect our 30 yr old condo attic insulation. He also told me he was available to come early if we were going to be around. He explained and showed me what the current guidelines were for attic insulation, then did a thorough inspection of the attic. Excellent customer service. I called Mr. Roof for the repair of storm damage when a tree fell on my garage. The tree fell and damaged my Westside gutter and put a hole in my sheating and shingles. Connor Gorman arranged for an estimate, and when I agreed with the estimate, he scheduled for both the roofers and the gutter installers.
