My mom paid a ton of money for our roof including a lifetime warranty. A year later I had water pouring into our attic, into my closet, my clothes and a ton of my belongings were sopping wet. We called them and they told us that it would take them several days to come take a look at it, and also, that if we do so much as put a tarp on our roof to stop the water from pouring in, they won’t honor the warranty.
