Today Mr. John Austin came out to evaluate my roof’s condition and to present roofing options. There was never any pressure to buy. Mr. Austin educated me on the two risks every house owner has relative to roofs: structural risk and financial risk. He then showed me three different new roof options, his experience and expertise obvious as he can explain complex details clearly and effectively. I feel Mr. Austin is a terrific representative of the Mr. Roof organization.
