Dealt with John Ausin. I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but this one is warranted. Wife won a $1000 clearly stated GIFT CARD @ St. Ambrose fair. Says on back that can be used for a bunch of things and restrictions may apply. Made appointment with John. No show or call. Called him. Said I was supposed to have been called. Failure number one.
