Victor was great at explaining everything upfront. The replacement was scheduled within a week. Doug called that morning to let me know the crew has arrived and will begin work. The crew was fast, efficient and did a good job with cleanup. They went around the yard multiple times with magnets to catch nails. When I needed an answer, Doug was very responsive. I’ve only had the roof a week, but have had no issues. At this point, I would recommend.

My experience with Mr. Roof was positive. 3 shingles come off the garage side. Luke came out and looked at what needed to be done and got back with me that same day. He also, said that someone would be getting back with me -the following week- to do the repair. If I didn't hear from the office to call him. Called for a roof leak. Wesley was prompt in coming out and inspecting the roof. She discovered several places in the roof that were bad so they replaced the entire roof. Joey was the our project manager but the whole process was smooth from beginning to the end and the roof turned out great. Everyone and everything was handled professionally.
