Had a wonderful experience with Jenn. It’s always hit or miss with home improvement/restoration people but, not with Jenn. She was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. She has a willingness for the customer to understand the breadth of the situation versus making you feel like $$$. Her commitment to customer education and satisfaction is second to none. Should I ever need roofing help again I will not hesitate to reach out and ask for her by name.
