Professional, respectful, honest, fast and fair and unintimidated by hostile environmental factors like scourges of green flies, a record-melting heat wave and the typically ferocious winds and weather we get here on the Outer Banks. They did what they said they would do! From the person on the phone, to the rep’s in the field, that always called me back when I had a question, very polite and precessional. Their crew was good and fast. They took care of everything from tarring off the old roof and disposing of it, to picking up nails with a giant magnet that may have gotten away. I liked them so much, they are doing my other house.
