I'm very pleased with my closet by Neatly. The installer, Nathan R. was very professional and courteous. He worked quickly and did a great job with the installation. The process to have the pieces made did take longer than I expected (they're custom made) and the bench seat received has to be reordered. But I'll still rate the overall experience 5 stars because of the customer service; Keel (?), Leon, and Nathan were proactive to rectify the issue with the bench seat and my new closet looks gr...
