We picked Next Generation Roofing solely by chance. We happened to pass their location in Malta and it along with their website grabbed our attention. Our 22 year old Masullo home was having a few leaks so we called Next Generation to have them take a look and give recommendations for repair or replacement. We recently had our roof replaced and were very happy with the work. Unfortunately, the follow-up service changed my opinion. Our plumbing vent stack wasn’t roughed in yet when the roof was installed. Once it was ready, we asked them to return to make and properly flash the single roof penetration. They quoted us $800.
