Next Gen was amazing to work with! I called them in the winter, because I saw a small portion of ridge cap had blown off. Wayne came right out, assessed everything and did an emergency patch until I could get my roof replaced in the spring. I booked to have a new roof done and it was a very easy process; with Wayne explaining everything I needed and wanted to know. I tried to pay for the emergency patch and Wayne said "no charge".
