Our roof was 10 years old but we were noticing dips and soft spots . We had another roofing company out and then decided to call next generation and Wayne came out to give a quote on replacing the roof. During his thorough inspection he noticed we had no bathroom vent and the ridge was completely closed off so our roof wasn’t breathing which caused mold in our attic .
