The employees were all very professional. Ryan explained the benefits of their processes and materials and walked us through all the details of the job. During the entire process, he was always available and very responsive to our questions. The crew showed up on time and the encircled the entire house with netting and tarp before starting. I would highly recommend Next Generation Roofing for roof replacement. I could not be present when my new roof was being installed.They sent me pictures of the entire process as each phase of the replacement was being done. Upon arriving back home my new roof was beautiful and my property was left in perfect condition. Highly professional company from start to finish.

When I first noticed that my roof needed help, I called NGR and Ryan Bedford came out to take a look. Once he arrived, Ryan explored every single aspect of my roof from the inside out, taking pictures and documenting along the way. I had an estimate sent to my email within 24 hours, which was both thorough and reasonable. I had several estimates before Next Generation. When Ryan came to my house he found a few small problems on the roof. Then proceeded to fix them at no charge. Because of that and after three previous estimates that never mentioned the problems Next Generation had a leg up. After receiving an etremely competitive estimate I made my decision.
