Well it started off good. George is a good salesman and found some mold in my roof during his pre-inspection. The quote arrived promptly and they have a good electronic system in place to access quotes and monitor progress. The crew that did the installation worked very fast, but the speed came at the expense of quality. Received 5 roof replacement quotes. Next Gen's quote was in line with 3 others. I selected them because I had previously seen their work and as advertised, their customer service was top notch. They delivered as promised, replaced roof in one day and there was no cleanup for me to do. Protected outside plants, etc. Chad, Randy, and Chris communicated each and every step along the way. Very satisfied customer.
