It was a very smooth process from the estimate to the finished product. There was constant communication keeping us updated throughout the process. The day of installation, they protected the whole outside of the house with protective netting first and then proceeded to strip and install both levels of our roof in under 7 hours. Dan and his crew arrived and set up the netting around the house in a few minutes. At 7 AM the crew was on the roof removing the old one. My 64 year old home had a lot of plywood that was worn out and shredding. Replacing 17 pieces of plywood didn't slow them down, since they had a large, knowledgeable, experienced crew.
