Good, not great. Next Generation Roofing did the job very quickly and efficiently. The price was decent! The salesman was very helpful during the entire process. However, my issues with the company started right after the job was completed. I had two issues with how the roof was done. I contacted the salesman and their customer service and was completely ghosted.

The overall experience with the Next Generation staff and workers was excellent. Job was completed in a timely fashion. House looked fantastic when they finished. Communication with the team was very good. Team leader answered all my questions and was very pleasant and easy to work with. When they were done, they cleaned the area such that it looked like they had never been there. I would recommend Next Generation Roofing and Siding to all my family and friends. They did an excellent job.
