Received 5 roof replacement quotes. Next Gen's quote was in line with 3 others. I selected them because I had previously seen their work and as advertised, their customer service was top notch. They delivered as promised, replaced roof in one day and there was no cleanup for me to do. Protected outside plants, etc. Chad, Randy, and Chris communicated each and every step along the way. Very satisfied customer.

We had a great experience. They came out quickly to do a thorough inspection of our roof. They were very clear about the work that needed to be done, and the possible extra expense to replace the plywood. The wait for installation was brief - only a couple of weeks - better than we expected given the current construction climate!
