Just wanted to comment on the inspection process.My job will start in spring.Zach did an extremely thoroughly inspection not only outside on my roof but he climbed into my attic and spent time taking pictures of mold issues that the other company quoting job missed.As a matter of fact the other company’s rep only stuck his head through the attic entry in my ceiling and snapped pics from there and never walked around my attic.Zach climbed a ladder in my bedroom closet,pulled himself up through ... Next Generation Roofing did a great job on my roof last Saturday 12/14. Their dumpster appeared the day prior as scheduled and I was called to make sure that they put the dumpster where I wanted it. The crew showed up around 7:30 and everything was covered and protected from damage. Just before dark the roofs were done on both the house and garage with the proper vents installed on the ends of the roofs along with a ridge vent at the peak, something I never had before.
