The entire Next Generation organization did a great job of presenting and than following through on their promise to do their work in a timely and efficient manner. As part of a townhouse group where I'm connected to two other units, we all decided to have our roof relaced on the same day. Our overall experience was a good one. We were kept up to date as to when the project would start and complete (1 day duration). The onsite communications from Jeremy and Gabriel was helpful when we had questions. The crews did a good job of cleaning up the area , when the roofing work was done. With respect to the roof replacement, the team was amazing and performed the work quickly and provided status updates (with pictures) along the way. The workmanship was very good. The house and the new roof on our shed look great. Great communication all around. We have had A LOT of rain since the replacement and no issues whatso ever. I highly recommend this team.
