I had my roof replaced on September 27, 2025. Steven Gallego came and showed me my best options to give me the best job. On the day of the job, Ray Poole and his crew headed by Ricardo arrived early and got a great start setting up. Very disappointed with this company. The work was not completed as outlined in the contract, and we never received a refund for the unfinished items. Poor workmanship and lack of accountability. We are now dealing with the consequences as we are trying to replace our siding and realizing all the problems. They did a terrible job of cleaning up, leaving debris in the yard and hundreds of loose nails, wood, and a beer bottle in the attic. They threw away materials (plywood sheets) that were purcha...
