The installation of the roof was great. The quality of the roof was great. The salesperson was awful and non responsive. We also got gutters, and that was an awful experience. They did not show and then came without any call. They found an issue, and the next generation was going to let the issue go for over a month and leave us with no gutters.
Overall, if I didn't stay on top of them, it wouldn't have been fixed. Their no mess clean up is a lie. We found nails all over with both the roof and ... Read more

Next Generation recently put new roofs on our church (Malta Ridge Meth. Ch.) From the time Ryan came to do the estimate we were impressed by the thoroughness, professionalism and the company's story. Ryan was our contact person and if we had any questions, he was always available. Videos of the roof were shown so we would know what they were replacing. Next Generation Roofing is a company I can recommend without reservation. Honest folks, upfront about pricing and potential for higher costs if they ran into more boards needing replacing. They were very thorough. They sent many before pictures and updates with pictures as they progressed. Great communication and I think the prices were very reasonable. All staff and crew were friendly and professional. I highly recommend.
