We had Next Generation do a roof on a rental property. They were thorough going in the attic and on the roof for our estimate. Great experience all around from the beginning when Steven gave us a fair quote. He inspected attic and went on roof to evulate its condition so we were totaly aware of what was needed. On day of the work was to be performed Scott, the foreman and his crew showed up puncutally. Scott kep me informed during the day of the progress and sent me pictures of the roofs progress. We had a roof leak over our bedroom. George came over, went through all of the options, discussed all of the steps with each option. Helped us select which shingles would match our current one the best, it was as if we were talking to an old friend. When it came time to get the work done, Jeremy and his crew were on time, polite, worked quickly and efficiently. We had a small change order that needed to be done and Jeremy handled it quick. Ryan Bedford did my initial inspection & estimate . He was very professional and took the time to explain the quality of the materials and their process. Susy in the office was also very helpful . Ray Poole was the project supervisor the day of the installation . He kept me informed of the progress throughout the day and was able to resolve an unexpected problem and still finish the project in one day. His crew worked diligently and efficiently.
