We picked Next Generation Roofing solely by chance. We happened to pass their location in Malta and it along with their website grabbed our attention. Our 22 year old Masullo home was having a few leaks so we called Next Generation to have them take a look and give recommendations for repair or replacement. We recently had our roof replaced and were very happy with the work. Unfortunately, the follow-up service changed my opinion. Our plumbing vent stack wasn’t roughed in yet when the roof was installed. Once it was ready, we asked them to return to make and properly flash the single roof penetration. They quoted us $800. I absolutely expected to pay for the return visit and additional work, but $800 for a single plumbing vent penetration through a roof we had just paid nearly $30,000 for felt ex... Read more

The guys at next generation roofing including the owner was on top of my roof and from starting with Ryan in the sales department things went from start to finish extremely well. Highly recommend Next Generation Roofing! Ryan gave us incredible guidance and tons of pictures to help us choose the right options for replacing both our shingles and wood. Gabriel and his installation team were awesome—they efficiently tore off the old wood shingles and put on a beautiful new roof. They even shared drone photos of job progress and completed roof. Fantastic experience from start to finish!

We were impressed with Steve Gallego and his thorough inspection of our old roof, which included a video recording. Gabriel and his crew were efficient and completed the job in one day. They took precautions to protect the shrubs with screens, and the cleanup was well-executed, except for a few roofing nails that I discovered later. Sorry for your frustration those bathroom vents needs to be placed closest to the actually bathroom fan to ensure proper suction. We are happy everything else was performed at a high level.
