The dishonesty is what bothers me most. They promised me one thing but delivered something entirely different. They claimed they were experienced, but the workers were clueless. They claimed they were affordable, but they charged hidden fees. They claimed they cared about customers, but they ignored all my concerns. This company is built on lies.
If there was an award for the most unprofessional company, this one would win hands down. The workers didn’t care about quality, the managers didn’t care about complaints, and the company as a whole didn’t care about customer satisfaction. I spent good money expecting decent service, but instead, I got stress, disappointment, and regret.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so terrible that I feel obligated to warn others. Everything about this company screams unprofessional. They arrived late, unprepared, and unwilling to put in real effort. The job was botched from the start, and when I pointed out mistakes, they ignored me. Customer support was just as bad — no solutions, no responsibility, no care.
Absolutely horrible. They completely wasted my time and money. The staff lacked professionalism, basic courtesy, and any sense of responsibility. The work was left unfinished, and what they did manage to complete was sloppy and substandard. When I asked them to fix it, they tried to charge me again. This is not just bad service — this is exploitation.
