Overall experience was excellent and communication was great, they keep you updated with the progress of the job and send you pictures of the job before, during, and after the job. They completed the job the same day, very professional and clean.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and kind words, Lillian. It’s fantastic to hear that the team’s friendliness, efficiency, and attention to detail made the process a positive one for you, even with the last-minute changes. Knowing that the updates, photos, and cleanup stood out means a lot. Your appreciation truly motivates everyone here at Next Generation Roofing.
NextGen did a great job on the roof. The process was quick and very well organized. The price was also very competitive with other quotes I received from their competitors. I was fortunate to replace my roof prior to any existing damage. NextGen did not try to upsell any unnecessary products (i.e., plywood replacement), so I appreciate their honesty.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Joe. We're delighted to hear that you found the process smooth and well-organized, and that our pricing and transparent approach met your expectations. Your feedback about our team's honesty and professionalism means a lot to us.
