A review was left on this company’s Google page. There was a one star negative review. Now reviews are usually based on opinion, not fact, but the owner of this company is a disrespectful, ignorant, arrogant. See the photo. He reached out to me on Facebook on something I was selling on marketplace and threatened to sue me for defamation and slander. These guys come and plow where I live. The come during and after the storm which is great. However the quality of the clearing of the snow is by far not good. The wait 2 sometime 3 days to put salt down. When there is now snow the come at crazy hours of the night just to drag the bucket of the loader around on an icy ground. No salt. This makes a ridiculous amount of noise. People have to work in the morning. Like tonight 830pm to 930 pm with the loader. You should have came earlier in the day t... Read more

Next Generation rep was very knowledgeable and thorough. As soon as the weather allowed, they team came out and made repairs. The only drawback was that I did find several nails on my deck.
