It was a very smooth process from the estimate to the finished product. There was constant communication keeping us updated throughout the process. The day of installation, they protected the whole outside of the house with protective netting first and then proceeded to strip and install both levels of our roof in under 7 hours. We chose Next Generation because they offer a lifetime workmanship warranty, and they were very thorough during the project walkthrough, looking not only on the outside but inside as well and communicating their plan to us.
