After a nightmare experience with a roofer in 2025, I decided to try again and get quotes for a new roof this past summer. I received six estimates, and Next Generation Roofing provided the most honest assessment. Ryan was a pleasure to work with - truly a superstar. From start to finish, he made the process of replacing my roof feel easy. I knew this job would be challenging due to the age of my home, the wood rot and additions on the house, previous attempts to cover it up, and its location in... Read more

I had my roof in Clifton Park replaced this fall by Next Generation Roofing. Starting with the estimate, Ryan was extremely thorough in finding issues with the roof & prescribing the appropriate solutions. He explained in great detail their process for protecting my home & property and what would be installed. The day of the project, the crew along with Joe the site manager arrived exactly when they said they would. They protected my home & property and worked diligently until the job was co... Read more

George and Team were great! The entire process was very smooth. I found the consultation was informative and clear, the process of receiving/agreeing to the quote, financing, and scheduling service was straightforward. The dumpster and crew both arrived as agreed upon. The communication process was outstanding and included pictures that accompanied text messages informing me of the status throughout the day. The work itself appears to be top notch and I could not be happier with the experience. ... Read more

We picked Next Generation Roofing solely by chance. We happened to pass their location in Malta and it along with their website grabbed our attention. Our 22 year old Masullo home was having a few leaks so we called Next Generation to have them take a look and give recommendations for repair or replacement. Their sales rep did a complete check of our roof and attic and took pictures to show us what he found. Poor ventilation of bathroom vent, poor ventilation of plumbing vent, roof ridge no... Read more

Penny, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! It means a lot that you found us by chance and chose to trust us with your roof replacement. We're thrilled to hear our inspection helped you understand exactly what was going on with your roof and attic, and that you felt confident moving forward. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Gabriel and the entire crew. They'll be especially happy to hear their hard work, attention to detail, and respect for your property stood out—from the drone updates to leaving your yard just as they found it. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are honored we could help protect your home for years to come!

We recently had our roof replaced and were very happy with the work. Unfortunately, the follow-up service changed my opinion. Our plumbing vent stack wasn’t roughed in yet when the roof was installed. Once it was ready, we asked them to return to make and properly flash the single roof penetration. They quoted us $800. I absolutely expected to pay for the return visit and additional work, but $800 for a single plumbing vent penetration through a roof we had just paid nearly $30,000 for felt ex... Read more

We’re sorry to hear that your follow-up experience did not reflect the level of service you expected. We’re glad you were happy with the roof replacement itself, but we understand your frustration regarding the quote and the lack of communication afterward. Please contact us directly so we can review the details, explain the scope of the additional work, and see how we can address your concerns.
