Right from the initial presentation and quote, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They went through the whole process and explained all the steps and materials that would be used. Communication was great. We got emails about when to expect the crew to show up and what we needed to do to make their job easier. Couldn’t have had a nicer crew to install my new roof! From day one the communication was great with updates and confirmations. On the day scheduled they arrived and wasted no time getting to work and keeping me informed regularly with the next steps and provided pictures from their drone to update me.
