I contacted NextGen Roofing in December 2023 when I noticed roofing & attic issues. I am not an expert in determining just how bad my sheathing was, but Ryan came up to inspect and help me determine the best approach for repair. His advice was spot on accurate because I received a second and third opinion.

Next Generation did a fine job on our roof repair. We didn't have the whole roof replaced, just the lower roof with the skylights where it had leaked in the past. They replaced the roof along with the skylights. The skylights were old and contributed to the problem. they sealed the skylights along with the roof, and we haven't had any leaks since.
