Very high quality work with excellent communication throughout the job about any changes, concerns, and questions they had. We ended up having a major change to the original scope of work due to additionally discovered issues (was not able to be seen during initial inspection due to a finished attic space), but both Zach and Mike talked me through the impact to our timeline, cost, and roof repairs.
