I’m overall satisfied with my experience. George was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. My new roof was installed neatly and efficiently. I removed a star because my attic was not put back together after inflation was removed etc. Also my gutter screens were taken. Although they asked if I wanted them. NextGen was professional and efficient with great communication through the whole process. They showed up right on time, worked fast but with great workmanship and finished our large roof in one day. Our neighbor noted the quality of the staff/equipment and efficiency with which they worked and said he wished he had used them to do his roof. They also left no trace of having been there.
