They were quick and efficient. Fairly priced. The only issue I had was when they pressure washed the downspouts to remove the debris, they didn't clean it up and I had to pick up a bunch of old roofing nails. Luckily I noticed or it could've popped a tired or gone into one of my kids feet. Overall, highly respectable company, a good crew and quality roof replacement. 9/10 would recommend to family and friends. P.S. Wayne was a great salesperson!

We had an outstanding experience with Next Gen. We discovered a leak in our roof in early December, 2023. We did not want to have the leak remain through the winter. So we looked up quality roofing companies serving our region (Saratoga Springs, NY). Next Gen emerged as a clear favorite, and its reviews were outstanding. We are very happy with the whole process in getting a new roof on our house. Right from the start we told the representative, Ryan that we planned on getting a few estimates, which we did (four of them) and that we were probably not going to jump into anything until we got all the facts. Thank goodness for Ryan! After a very bad experience with a previous roofer, Ryan assured me all would be well with my new roof! He was patient with my many questions and concerns. There was a problem after installation and Ryan personally took care of it! The roofing crew was amazing! They have the process streamlined for accuracy and efficiency. I appreciated the before and after photos and awesome clean up! Thank you!
