Have spent a couple of weeks debating to write a review. We had a big 90% shingle 10% black metal roof done at our home. Even talked our neighbors into hiring Next Generation.
Next Generation subcontracted our metal part and tried to keep it from us. But still charged us the full amount.
My review was too long so I took photos of it and the review is in the photos.

The crew just left my house and the roof was done exactly as promised by Next Generation . From Zach the sales rep/estimator, to the crew member who dropped off the dumpster yesterday, and to Mike and his very hard working crew today ( ladders up ! at 7:00 am as promised!!) , everyone was courteous , diligent ,and professional. When they discovered unforeseen water damage during the job, they quickly went to get the necessary supplies and repaired the issue on the spot with no extra charge for labor—just cost for the materials. The team was professional, a pleasure to work with, got the job done on time even with the unforeseen damage, and kept me updated every step of the way. Mike and his team did an awesome job. They showed up on time and ready to work! Mike (the on site supervisor) shared pictures of their progress in the online customer portal throughout the day and followed up with text and phone calls.as needed. The job site was left clean! Actually in the same or better condition than when they started the job.
