What are seamless gutters?
Seamless gutters are pretty cool. They’re made from one piece of material, so they don’t have any seams or joints. This makes them less likely to leak or get clogged, and they look great too! Why it is important to replace all flashing while replacing roof?
When replacing a roof, it is recommended to replace the flashing as well. This is because damage to the flashing often occurs when the old roofing is removed. Trying to salvage flashing to save a few dollars now may end up costing many more dollars down the road if it fails and causes leaks. Additionally, replacing flashing during a roof replacement is more cost-effective in the long run, as it is faster and easier during the re-roofing process, before the roof is shingled. Lastly many manufacturers require new flashing in order to qualify for a enhanced warranty.
