          Brody from No Payne Roofing was super helpful at assessing our chimney condition after our rain cap below off our furnace liner. He provided me with handful of photos to reach out for quotes to repair our deteriorating brick chimney. He was quick to respond and visit our house to go over our options for repair.           We had Brody over today to look at a leak in our ceiling. He did a very thorough inspection of our roof and attic and gave us a list of upgrades that are recommended. We purchased an older home a year and a half ago and knew there were some issues, so we are very happy to know in detail what they are and how to move forward with the repairs.
