          So far so good with the over haul on our attic, thanks to Brody and Nolan :) We have had bathroom fan/connection repair and major venting to help with the insane "attic rain" that happens here in Calgary, esp with the -40 temps in the winter and then defrosting. Now, we will complete our project with No Payne, doing full on insulation installing next month and should be all good to go for the winters. Mike Payne was prompt with his response to my request for an estimate, and sat with my wife and I to review the entire scope of work.           The guys at No Payne were awesome to deal with. We had a hole in our soffit which required fixing. I got a call and a quote within 1 hour of reaching out. With the hole being fixed the very next day. I would highly recommend No Payne Roofing to everyone!
