          Zair was a great pleasure to work with. We worked on a good schedule to get the work done. We had attic fixed there was water pooling. ZAIR was quick to fix the issues in the house. We installed air vents and Ventilators . ZAIR fixed our plumbing stack flashing that was not properly installed by previous owners. There was great overall communication.           Zair from No Payne Roofing came out to repair our capping and replace our goosenecks & inserts. Him and his crew were professional, courteous, and thorough. He inspected our roof, took pictures for us, and cleaned our eaves troughs & gutters - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!! They are professional, knowledgable, reasonably priced, and they offer a limited warranty on their work. Thanks Zair! :)

          Giving a 5 star for the excellent work that they did to upgrade the vents on the roof, sealing the bathroom vents where it was condensing as well. Brandon is very professional and explains clearly and snaps pictures of before and after in the attic and roof. Highly recommend.

          I emailed an inquiry for a quote on a new roof using the website and was told I would have a representative contact me. 7 days went by, nothing. I called the company to follow up about getting a quote, my call was screened and sent to voicemail. There are plenty of roofing companies in Calgary that would be happy to take the business or at the very least respond to a quote request, this was an example of how poor customer service results in lost business.
