Had a leak in my roof over the weekend with the warmer weather, my electrician gave me the lead to No Payne Roofing, a polite young man name Brandon came by in hours as he was in the area., Had a quick look in my attic and on the roof…. Figured out quickly the issue and why, took pictures of the issues to show me and we discussed the solution…. We had attic rain in a new home purchase. Mike came and assessed the situation very quickly, and arranged a crew to come out and install new provents and add insulation in the attic. Zair was wonderful to deal with! On time, friendly and professional and he explained what he would be doing and then sent me photos. Great customer service and outstanding work! 😊

Mike provided a good explanation of the condensation issue in my attic and recommended a solution. The work was scheduled shortly after. Zair and his assistant were very professional and completed the work safely and efficiently. Zair communicated regularly with me to explain the work they were doing and took pictures before and after so that I could see the work that was done.

This is the second time we have used No Payne roofing and will continue to do so in the future. We had Zair and Chris do some repairs due to the current weather situation with the extreme warming and cooling. They did an excellent job and worked non stop from the time they arrived. A friend recommended No Payne as they dealt with his attic ice issue. Brandon from No Payne inspected my roof and did the work to upgrade my attic ventilation and add more insulation, hopefully this corrects the issue. Brandon was on time, professional, friendly and is very knowledgeable with regards to our issue. He thoroughly explained the situation and seemed very genuine and honest.
